Want to satisfy your hunger? But too lazy to make yourself some oily food,maybe not lazy but you know it would be unhealthy. That too when the sun keeps on biting your skin along with the sweat all over your body.
All you want to make is, something healthy,something that won’t ends up consuming your lot of precious time,and maybe something which would be more delecious and less oily.
On a popular site,I read many articles,which’re including so many new and different recipes of making quick-food with the help of those vegetables,fruits or other edibles which we thought could only make up the oily food ,together. But no blames should be given to us,we have grown this way by eating them along with so much oil only. We never thought this way. I read some of the recipes and ofcourse experimented with them in my way too;And ended up enjoying some brilliant snacks.
After getting enough inspiration from such articles and recipes,I thought of revealing my this very ‘close to my heart’ classy recipe for people who are health concerned as much as I am.
So this recipe comes under the category of Food on rewardme site,and I am sure that few or maybe all of you would find it easy-to-make and healthy for this summer.
    Mayonnaise Macaroni/Pasta Salad

Mayonnaise Pasta Salad

Total Time: 30 min
Prep: 20 min
Cook: 10 min
Yield: 6 servings
a) 2 cups dry elbow macaroni (or pasta) cooked(boiled), rinsed, and drained.
b) 1/4 cup minced onion, soaked in cold water for 5 minutes, drained.
c) 1 tablespoon minced flat-leaf parsley.
d) 1/2 cup diced tomato.
e) 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise.
f) 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard.
g) 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar.
h) 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar.
i) 1/2 cup diced cabbage (finely threaded).
j) 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste.
k) Freshly ground black pepper.
l) Add any other vegetable you feel like adding.

In a large bowl combine the macaroni(or pasta), onion, parsley and tomato,cabbage and other extra vegetables you have chosen to add in it.
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, mustard, sugar, vinegar, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve. Store covered in the refrigerator, for up to 3 days.
